| | | Paul Sturm served as a member of Morningstar’s advisory board beginning in 1998 and was elected to the board of directors in 1999. He is a private investor who wrote a monthly column on investing for SmartMoney between 1992 and 2006. From 1985 to 1989, he was assistant managing editor for BusinessWeek. From 1980 until 1985 he held a similar position at Forbes. Prior to that, Sturm worked as a business writer for a variety of publications based in New York, Washington, and London. Sturm holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Oberlin College and a master’s degree in journalism from Columbia University. He received a law degree from Georgetown University Law Center. | | | | | |
