The Product Support Specialist role acts as your training ground within the product consultant teams. During this time, the focus is on becoming a product expert, improving financial knowledge and gaining expertise from your fellow team members. You will respond to client queries on the phone or e-mail in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
+ Provide the highest quality service to institutional Singapore and Hong Kong clients through inbound call and feedback e-mail activity.
+ Provide expertise on Morningstar methodology, functionality, and product features via various channels and programs.
+ Work with Morningstar`s data operations, development, and product teams to resolve client issues in a timely manner.
+ Get involved in issue resolution, web-ex client training, user forums and other projects as needed.
+ Provide ideas to the development team on product enhancements, based on your daily interaction with clients.
Requirements
+ Client service or financial research work experience.
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to work with clients who have sophisticated investment knowledge.
+ A quantitative aptitude, a strong client focus and a willingness to develop a thorough understanding of the investment industry.
+ Fluent in English and Mandarin, Cantonese language skills are desirable.
+ A bachelor`s degree or equivalent is required; economics, mathematics, finance or related majors are preferred.
