The Role: As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will work closely with the implementation manager, project managers, developers, and product managers to create test plans and scripts, and execute testing projects for new development and enhancements of websites or systems. You will be involved in technology projects from the beginning to ensure the highest level of quality. This position is based in our Chicago office.

Responsibilities
+ Develop test plans, scripts, and other documentation necessary for testing.
+ Work with external clients on testing implementation of products and platforms.
+ Execute manual, automated, and/or scenario-based testing on multiple platforms.
+ Work closely with development and programming teams to diagnose issues, resolve defects, and ensure that product releases follow project specifications.
+ Conduct internal and external QA meetings with teams.
+ Monitor product defects and maintain proper QA documentation.

Requirements
+ A minimum of two years of quality assurance experience.
+ The ability to multi-task and manage several projects at any given time.
+ Strong attention to detail, excellent verbal, written, and analytical skills.
+ Knowledge of web technology and XML and proficiency with Microsoft Office; some programming experience would be beneficial.
+ Knowledge of established QA practices and the software development lifecycle.
+ Ability to excel in a fast-paced group setting.
+ Bachelor`s degree is a minimum requirement.
