The Role: You will share responsibility for supporting Morningstar`s South African clients acting as their "go-to" for all things Morningstar. For existing clients you will provide one on one consultation and act as the knowledge base for all Morningstar products and their implementation. For prospective clients you will partner with sales to reinforce their initial Morningstar user experience by supporting our products to ensure that our clients get the most out of their trial period. This role is based in our Cape Town office.
+ Provide the highest quality service to institutional and advisor clients through inbound call and feedback email activity.
+ Collaborate with Morningstar`s global data operations, sales and product teams to resolve client issues in a timely manner and actively support our rapidly growing institutional and advisor client base.
+ Proactively suggest product enhancement ideas to the product team based on client feedback.
+ Provide quality assurance on all new product features and changes prior to release.
+ Contribute to product research, service improvement initiatives and other projects as needed.
+ Conduct internal research of global Morningstar knowledge base for dissemination to local audiences.
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, including the ability to work with clients who have sophisticated institutional investment knowledge and business experience.
+ A team player who has a hands-on, positive attitude combined with a curiosity for financial knowledge and a consultative problem solving approach.
+ Previous work experience within the South African financial services industry is preferred.
+ A minimum of a bachelor`s degree or equivalent is required.
+ Excellent English skills are required; other languages skills are desirable.
