The Team: Morningstar`s Realpoint group, a Nationally Recognized Statistical Rating Organization (NRSRO), reaches more than 225 institutional investment firms. The Role: In this role, you will manage data and the data import process. In addition you will extract data from various sources, included databases using Structured Query Language (SQL). You will also be responsible for monitoring various processes that load and manage data via automation. This role will work closely with the IT department, our research group and internal business units. This role is based in our Horsham, Pennsylvania office.

Responsibilities
+ Write and Execute SQL queries for internal clients.
+ Import and organize various data sources into the research database.
+ Research and resolve anomalies in data files.
+ Monitor the daily load process for our RMBS group. Report and resolve any anomalies found.
+ Identify processes that can be improved through automation and technology.

Requirements
+ A bachelor`s degree.
+ Experience with SQL.
+ Knowledge of FTP and Batch file is a plus.
+ Knowledge of Microsoft`s .Net language a plus.
+ Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
+ Proficiency in using Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Ability to work well with diverse individuals.
+ Must be able to work in a highly dynamic environment and to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
