Desktop Support Analyst

The Team: Morningstar provides data on approximately 330,000 investment offerings, including stocks, mutual funds, and similar vehicles, along with real-time global market data on more than 5 million equities, indexes, futures, options, commodities, and precious metals, in addition to foreign exchange and Treasury markets. Morningstar`s European Desktop Support team currently supports 500 users in our ten European offices, as well as our office in South Africa.

The Role: Morningstar Europe is seeking an experienced Desktop Support Analyst to work within the European Desktop Support team. This role is located in our London office.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will assist in supporting the following:
+ Windows XP Professional/Windows 7 Enterprise administration.
+ Active Directory 2003/2008 administration.
+ Microsoft Office 2003/2007.
+ Avaya Aura Communications Manager administration.
+ Microsoft Exchange 2003 administration.
+ Blackberry handset support/BES server administration.
+ Symantec Endpoint administration.
+ Microsoft Systems Management Server (SMS).
+ Symantec Ghost.
+ RSA SecurID tokens.

Requirements
+ Educated to degree level (preferably in IT).
+ Previous experience in a similar technical role.
+ Good logistical skills.
+ Strong team player.
+ Good interpersonal and communication skills.
+ Must have a proactive attitude.
+ Ability to meet tight deadlines.
