CHICAGO, Jan 07, 2002 – Morningstar, Inc. has appointed Martha Dustin Boudos, 35, as chief financial officer of the Chicago-based investment information firm.

Joe Mansueto, founder, chairman, and CEO of Morningstar, said, "Martha Boudos is a Morningstar veteran who has worked in many different areas of the company and has made substantial contributions to our success.
