The Team: Morningstar`s Integrated Web Tools give institutions online resources for investment analysis and education. Proprietary tools, data, and content generate traffic, encourage repeat visits, and build customer loyalty while streamlining in-house development costs. Customisable solutions engage, educate, and inform investors ranging from novice to sophisticated with information presented in a consistent and accessible format.

The Role: This is a client facing role which requires an individual to provide support in the document production cycles of fund factsheets, Key Investor Information Documents, and other documents. The Morningstar Publishing System allows clients to create customized financial reports using both Morningstar data and data from other sources specific to their needs. You will be working closely with multiple clients of the Morningstar Publishing System product, such as Fund managers and insurance companies, who rely upon Morningstar`s commitment to providing data of the highest quality as well as software systems and services which adhere to similarly high standards. This position is based in our London office.

Responsibilities
+ Ensure all client deliveries for which you are responsible are completed to schedule and exacting quality standards.
+ Represent Morningstar in a professional manner to key institutional clients. You will communicate with clients by telephone, email, via ticket based work-flow systems as well as in a face-to-face context.
+ Operate the Morningstar Publishing System.
+ Suggest system enhancements and improvements to relevant people using influencing skills.
+ Coordinate with other Morningstar departments to resolve queries relating to data and other similar matters.
+ Organize your time and create an efficient schedule such that production requirements of the clients for whom you are responsible are catered for professionally and are documented such that your work can be effectively dealt with in your absence; for example, in the case of annual leave.
+ Work with clients and use your initiative to find solutions, sometimes under pressure, to ad hoc challenges which inevitably arise in a dynamic client-driven environment.
+ Analyse and document requirements arising from client change requests and to coordinate with the appropriate internal team using established processes.
+ Set client expectations accurately and appropriately.

Requirements
+ A bachelor`s degree with 2:1 final score preferably in computer science or an engineering field; a graduate degree is advantageous.
+ Financial services experience, in particular asset management marketing experience is an advantage as well as general experience of working with financial data.
+ Proven successful track record of dealing directly with clients and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
+ Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact in both written and oral English.
+ An eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
+ Proven ability to perform in a demanding team environment with a flexible attitude.
+ IT literate with well developed Microsoft Office skills, in particular Microsoft Excel. Excel Macro skills are a particular advantage as is working knowledge of XML and Adobe Creative Suite.
