Client Servicing Account Manager

The Team: Morningstar / OBSR supplies consultancy services to fee paying intermediary clients. This involves utilising the intellectual capital produced by Morningstar / OBSR through Fund and Product research to produce and maintain bespoke investment and product propositions suitable to the intermediary business and their clients.

The Role: In this role, you will be responsible to client relationships and service delivery. This position works closely with Morningstar / OBSR Investment Research and Product Research Teams. This is a London-based position and involves client visits at their locations.

Responsibilities
+Form close working relationship with clients.
+ Understand their business needs and philosophy.
+ Interpret Morningstar / OBSR information and its relevance to client needs.
+ Propose suitable solutions meeting bespoke client criteria.
+ Service the client ad hoc daily queries and formally through quarterly reviews.
+ Retain clients.

Requirements
+ Experience in and aptitude for client servicing.
+ Understanding of retail investment funds and appreciation of appropriate fund use.
+ Thorough understanding of Life, Pension and Protection products and their appropriate use.
+ Ability to work under pressure and meet client deadlines.
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
+ Must be a team player.
+ Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills essential.
