The Team: Morningstar/OBSR is a research-led consultancy team. Our purpose is to help financial services professionals find the funds and services that enable them to deliver the right investment solutions to their clients. In order to achieve that, the team is solely focused on independent, in-depth research and consultancy, conducted with integrity.

The Role: This role involves working closely with the investment research analysts, sourcing, and producing documentation to support the client service. There is scope for the right candidate to take on more responsibility as the role develops with increasing involvement in client work. This position is a maternity cover contract role and is based in our London office.

Responsibilities
+ Produce meeting packs for all fund manager meetings.
+ Source information from management groups to assist with report writing.
+ Manage the client reporting process; recording details of clients and funds covered on their reports and producing a quarterly schedule of work for the team.
+ Manage the model portfolio process including maintaining models and composites on Morningstar Direct, producing performance tables, and model portfolio fact sheets.
+ Notify consultancy clients of ratings changes.
+ Ad hoc assistance with Advisory clients.
+ Organize and maintain risk committee process.

Requirements
+ Excellent attention to detail.
+ Strong organization skills and the ability to multi-task.
+ Ability to prioritize conflicting requirements.
+ Excellent communication skills.
+ Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Powerpoint.
+ Previous experience in a financial services environment is highly desirable.
