The Team: Morningstar`s Corporate IT team is seeking an IT Team Lead to work on our Core Services team.

The Role: In this role you will oversee the development and programming of templates and applications for intranet and corporate websites. This position is based in Chicago.

Responsibilities
+ Oversee the development and programming of templates and applications for intranet and corporate websites.
+ Coordinate web development efforts with the corporate marketing team, and support the corporate communications team by providing design and development support for the company`s intranet.
+ Develop, deploy, and update a new content management system for the corporate websites.
+ Coordinate the development of new applications and maintain and enhance existing applications.
+ Maintain quality control while applying company development standards.
+ Work with front-end and back-end code, ensuring design integrity.
+ Develop SSIS packages for large scale data production while applying Agile development methodology.
+ Direct a small team of off-shore developers, mentor junior team members and serve as a technical expert within the team.
+ Develop web pages using  ASP.NET, PHP, jQuery, Ajax, ASP.NET MVC, and CSS.
+ Work within .Net Framework 2.0 and 3.5 using .NET, C# and .NET Parallel Programming.

Requirements
+ A master`s degree in computer science or related field.
+ A minimum of 2 years of experience in programming, software development or internet marketing (or bachelor`s plus 5 years of experience).
+ Experience developing SSIS packages for large scale data production and applying Agile development methodology.
+ Experience with software development using .NET, C#, and .NET Parallel Programming.
+ Experience with web development using ASP.NET, PHP, jQuery, Ajax, ASP.NET MVC, and CSS.
