The Role: In this role, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our senior management team. This position is based in our Chicago office.
Responsibilities
+ Manage schedules, make appointments, establish agendas, and maintain meeting minutes.
+ Coordinate domestic and international business travel.
+ Prepare and submit expense reports and other business related expenses in a timely manner.
+ Screen incoming calls, mail, and visitors, ensuring correspondence and queries are handled promptly and professionally.
+ Coordinate and schedule meetings and events - locations, attendees, materials and communication - often across multiple time zones.
+ Assist in various projects across divisions.
+ Proactively identify process improvement opportunities and collaborate with stakeholders in various divisions to implement them.

+ Superior organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
+ Ability to manage competing priorities.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a client service focus.
+ Ability to professionally handle sensitive and confidential information.
+ Proactive, energetic, flexible, and thrives in a dynamic work environment.
+ Ability to think independently and act with appropriate judgment.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
+ At least three years of related work experience as an executive assistant or event planner; investment industry experience is a plus.
