The Team: The retail website team`s Morningstar.com.au offering is aimed at the individual investor market space. Empowering individual investors to take control of their finances and make their own decisions, the website provides financial research, data, tools, articles, and videos.
The Role: The Morningstar.com.au team requires an articulate, motivated individual to join our busy customer service team. The highly organized role-holder will undertake a variety of duties including conveying key product and marketing messages, data entry, and maintenance of customer accounts.This role is based in our Sydney office.
Responsibilities
+ Understand key marketing messages and convey them clearly and confidently to customers.
+ Answer customer phone enquiries promptly and competently.
+ Record customer details and payments in line with documented procedures with minimal errors.
+ Provide management with daily reports regarding takings and marketing.
+ Coordinate weekly customer renewal reporting and mail-outs.
+ Carry out general office duties.
Requirements
+ A team player with a hands-on attitude, combined with excellent organizational skills.
+ Solid communication skills both written and oral with a professional approach to the working environment.
+ Customer service experience is highly desirable.
+ Knowledge of the finance/ investment industry is preferred.
+ Time management and computer skills.
+ A willingness to learn.
